I have 30 plus years of childcare experience. I have been with Grace Yellow House for 15 years. I have served in all capacities of childcare such as: Cook, Asst. Teacher, Teacher, Asst. Director, and now as Co-Director. I enjoy seeing a child grow and learn!
Lindsey Mims
Day Care Co-Director
I joined Grace Yellow House in March 2026. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2018. I have a background in management, human resources, and childcare. My husband, Joshua, is a WM Firefighter, and together we have two children, Oakley and Easton. I am passionate about providing a safe, loving environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive!

Mrs. Yvonne

Mrs. Yvonne has 30 years of experience in child care. She has been at Grace Yellow House for 8 years and teaches our PK-3 class. She also acquired her CPR certificate along with many other credentials.
Mrs. Roena
Staff Member
Mrs. Roena has 13 years of experience in child care. She has been at Grace Yellow House for 8 years and works with children ranging from 6 weeks to 3 years old and manages our kitchen. Mrs. Roena has obtained many certifications in child care along with her CPR certificate.
Mrs. Saejen
Staff Member
Mrs. Saejen became part of Grace Yellow House in the fall of 2023. She earned a degree in Business and has several years of experience working in childcare. She enjoys supporting our staff and families while creating a safe space where every child can learn and grow!

While our website features some of our wonderful staff who make up our team, not every member of our teaching staff is pictured or listed online. We have additional teachers who are an important part of our classrooms and provide loving, hands-on care to our children every day.
Every teacher and staff member who works with our children completes the required background checks and maintains the yearly credentials and training needed to care for infants and children. We proudly follow all state licensing guidelines and requirements to ensure our teachers are qualified, prepared, and ready to provide the best possible care.
We are so thankful for the entire team of teachers and staff who help make our school a safe, loving, and nurturing place for your children!
